Dec 6th - December is here which means the annual visit from the big jolly guy in red is just around the corner! Also the 3-5 year olds have been practicing hard for their concert this month and are very excited to perform for their parents and grandparents!!

Oct 29th - The trip to Galey Farms was a big success! The children enjoyed the tractor ride to the pumpkin patch, followed by getting to choose their very own pumpkin to take home with them. Other notable activities were petting the baby goats and the haunted train ride, they all thought the skeleton taking a shower was very funny! In the coming months we are hoping to set up a field trip to the ice rink as well as a visit from a certain jolly old soul...Activities for November include Picture Day and Pajama day, check the newsletter for details!

Aug 30th - Jenn's Little Bears will be having an Open House on Saturday September 17th from 9:30 - 11:30 AM. Please feel free to stop by and meet the educators and also to get a feel for the centre!

August 28th - The 26th was a big day for seven of our little friends, it was their graduation day to celebrate moving on to Kindergarten! First they got their graduation shirts with all of their names on them and then they sang along to Wavin' Flag by Young Artists for Haiti. After that we handed out their framed certificates and then we had a potluck and barbecue. Thank you to all the parents who participated for their contributions to the potluck!

This was a big day for the little friends but it was a sad day for the educators who have been caring for some of the graduates since before they were 1 year old! Grads, you will be missed but we wish you all the best of luck and success in kindergarten!

August 24th - The trip to Juan de Fuca pool was a huge success! It was Jenn's Little Bears first class trip to a pool and none of the children were wanting to leave when it was over. The slide and the wave pool were big favorites of the children! We would like to give Janine, Karen, and Laura a big THANK YOU for giving us a hand getting the children ready at the pool and helping to monitor them in the pool!
